Customer Feedback Our Responsibilities

Have you recently purchased products or services from us? If so we would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your custom, and request that you provide us feedback on your purchase. Patient Safety is at the forefront of everything we do. Feedback is vitally important to us, as it allows us to further improve both our products and service to you, our customer. Our aim is to make providing feedback really simple and quick – we don’t want to take up your valuable time!

We welcome any and all feedback, good, bad or indifferent!  There are however two specific areas that are important to us.  We have conveniently split the type of feedback we would like into two distinct areas as defined below:

Clinical Use – To be completed by the end user (Any or all Clinicians including Surgeons, Assistants, Theatre Nurses etc.)

Preparation for Use – To be completed by the person responsible for decontamination (Decontamination Manager, Assistant, Processor)

Speak to your Sales Consultant – All our Sales Consultants carry feedback forms and will ensure your comments are communicated to our regulatory team.

Paper, hard copy forms are sent out with shipments and can be sent back to us in one of the following ways;

  • Scan in and email back to us at [email protected]
  • Fax back to us on 0114 257 6555
  • Send back to us with your consignment of repairs
  • Set aside and hand to your Sales Consultant on their next visit
  • Post to the address at the bottom on this email for the attention of the Regulatory Compliance Manager
