• Employee Well-being: We implemented new shift patterns in January to recognise the importance of work-life balance. The positive response led us to adopt this initiative, promoting team member satisfaction and productivity.
• Record-Breaking Performance: March saw a product and service output surge, setting new company records. Our outstanding performance in the Labour Standards audit further underscored this accomplishment, securing the highest number of Level 4 accolades.

Investing in the Future of Healthcare:

• Enhanced Delivery: Committed to efficient service, we expanded our fleet with two new vans in April, ensuring faster and more streamlined delivery of critical medical equipment.
• Innovation at the Forefront: June marked the successful launch of our Holding and Positioning Systems range. Clinicians have embraced this new product range, confirming its significant contribution to improved surgical efficiency.
• Talent Acquisition and Development: August welcomed Hayley as our new Trainee Surgical Instrument Engineer, solidifying our commitment to fostering a diverse and skilled workforce.

• Expanding Workforce: September saw the joyous arrival of baby Winnie to our Production Supervisor, Janine. Additionally, Joseph joined the team as a Trainee Engineer, further strengthening our operational capabilities.
• Regulatory Compliance: We aced our ISO 13485 recertification audit, demonstrating our adherence to the highest quality standards.
• Building for the Future: As 2023 concluded, we completed phase one of our warehouse expansion project, paving the way for the arrival of two new laser etching machines in 2024. These strategic investments will drive future growth and innovation.
